THE JOURNEY
Our family spent over 25 years navigating chronic illness — visiting more than 50 doctors and leading hospitals along the East Coast searching for answers for our three children who struggled with Lyme disease, mold illness, and toxic environmental exposures.
THE MOVE
In summer 2014 we relocated to Clearwater, FL area. Our doctors were clear: healing requires a clean, chemical-conscious home. A certified mold inspector found mold inside both A/C systems — showing how invisible threats undermine even the best medical treatment.
THE INSIGHT
We witnessed firsthand patients from around the world staying in moldy rentals, their treatments not working. Once they moved to a cleaner property, results improved. That moment made our mission undeniable.

Our teams use Branch Basics and distilled vinegar. We also conduct periodic fine microbial cleaning — sealed-HEPA vacuuming of all surfaces including ceilings, walls, and floors.
How flexible are your lease terms?
Patients who know when they start treatment but not when they'll finish can hold a unit as long as needed — only charged for the days they stay, with advance notice to end the lease.
Do you allow pets?
